Povzetek: Predlagan je probabilistični model mejne deformacijske kapacitete ab elementov. Temelji na razpoložljivih eksperimentalnih rezultatih. Osnovna ideja je izgradnja spodnjega in zgornjega regresijskega modela za definicijo intervala zaupanja pri preslikavi vhodnih spremeljivk, ki vplivajo na deformacijsko kapaciteto, na izhodne spremenljivke, ki so mejne rotacije in/ali duktilnost.

A probabilistic model of the ultimate deformation capacity (in terms of ultimate rotations and/or ductilities) is a basic requirement in view of a design of reinforced concrete (RC) structural elements which allows for their nonlinear behaviour. The dependency of the rotation capacity on the structural design variables should be derived from the results of laboratory tests; it can be regarded as the result of a mapping from the space of the input variables which identify the single test. This paper approaches the problem of building a probabilistic model on the available experimental results. The difficulty arises from the dependency of the rotation capacity variance on the input variables. The idea is to build lower and upper regressive models to define a confidence interval for the mapping. Its application to a rotation capacity database illustrates the potentialities of the method.
