Kvaliteten beton visoke trdnosti mora
imeti v svežem stanju dovolj veliko obdelavnost oz. vgradljivost. Obenem pa
lahko tak beton izdelamo le, če je mešanica agregata takšna, da je v njej
najmanjša možna količina praznin. Praznine tako optimizirane sestave
agregata je treba zapolniti s cementno pasto ustrezne kakovosti in dodati še
neki presežek paste, ki zagotavlja primerno obdelavnost - konsistenco
betona. Za izdelavo dovolj kakovostne cementne paste je treba uporabiti še
mineralne in kemične dodatke. Članek prikazuje določanje minimalne vsebnosti
cementne paste oz. kamna kot veznega materiala, ki hkrati še omogoča
zadostno obdelavnost betona visoke trdnosti za praktično uporabo. Tlačne
trdnosti tako proizvedenih betonov so okrog 70 MPa po 28 dnevih, pri njihovi
pripravi pa smo uporabljali različne vrste agregata ter spremenljivo
količino mineralnega dodatka. Fresh high-strength concrete has to
be sufficiently workable if its quality is to be ensured. On the other hand,
high-strength concrete can only be produced if aggregate mix contains
minimum possible void quantity. The voids of the optimized aggregate mix
have to be filled by cement paste with an overfill that ensures sufficient
workability/consistency. Mineral and chemical admixtures have to be used in
the production of high quality cement paste. The paper presents the
determination of minimum cement paste quantity that ensures the production
of concrete that is sufficiently workable to be used on construction site.
Compressive strengths are approximately 70 MPa at the age of 28 days.
Different types of aggregate and variable mineral admixture quantities were
employed in the composition of concrete. |
