V nalogi smo analizirali hladilniške stiroporne panele.
Najprej smo naredili splošen pregled standardov za hladilniške panele in
material, ki je v te panele vgrajen. Nato smo prevedli DIN standarde, ki
predpisujejo osnovne preiskave panelov. Predstavili smo tehnološki proces
izdelave stiropora, hladilniških stiropornih panelov in tehnološki proces
montaže hladilnic. Poleg tega smo opisali tudi vrste in načine kontrol, ki
jih je potrebno izvajati na stiroporu in hladilniških panelih. Izvedli smo
mehanske preiskave stiropora in aluminijaste pločevine kot osnovnega
materiala, iz katerih so hladilniški paneli narejeni. Iz teh preiskav smo
tudi določili module elastičnost, ki smo jih uporabili v analitičnih
izračunih. Preiskave smo delali za stiropor dveh različnih gostot in sicer
15 kg/m3 in 20 kg/m3. |
